LAB ROOMS – MyMentor Cattolica

LAB ROOMS – MyMentor Cattolica

To mark the closing of the tenth edition of the MyMentor Cattolica project, a new participatory format was introduced: the Lab Rooms.

These thematic workshops provided an open space for horizontal dialogue among mentees, mentors, and faculty members, focusing on some of the most relevant personal and professional challenges of the future. Each Lab Room fostered discussion, experience sharing, and the co-creation of concrete ideas in a collaborative setting.

The five sessions held:

  • Green Careers & Sustainable Skills – Room 23
Prof. Timpano – Mentor: Fabrizio Campione

  • Inclusive Leadership – Room 24
Prof. Spigno – Mentors: Giuseppe Ghittoni and Max Maria Traversone

  • Reverse Mentoring: Generations in Dialogue – Room 25
Mentors: Silvano Bassi and Giulio Drei

  • Well-being & Work-Life Balance – Room 26
Prof. Bassi – Mentors: Alessandra Todisco and former mentee Giada Petrelli

  • AI & the Future of Work – Room 27
Prof. Ajmone – Mentors: Fabrizio Capocasale and Mara Cassinari

The Lab Rooms were developed as part of the UC CareER Hub project, promoted by the Career Service Office of the Piacenza Campus and supported by the Emilia-Romagna Region through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) 2021–2027 program.
