Introduction

Legislative Decree no. 82 of 27 May 2022 implemented Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

Guidelines on the accessibility of services, in implementation of Article 21 of Legislative Decree no. 82/2022.

The decree was published in the Official Gazette (General Series no. 152 of 01-07-2022) and entered into force on 16 July 2022, but its provisions are effective from 28 June 2025.

Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore is committed to making the MyMentor Cattolica website accessible in compliance with Law no. 82 of 27 May 2022, which transposed Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services. Past and future code developments have been and will be developed in compliance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines. The statement was prepared on 17.02.2026. It was carried out using an evaluation conforming to the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 through self-assessment carried out directly by the provider. Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore is conducting an analysis with its suppliers to make the necessary changes to make the site accessible and compliant with regulations. The aim is to progressively improve the web experience for users in compliance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines.
