Enjoy My Mentor Cattolica: 10th Edition of Mentoring, Growth, and Networking

The 10th edition of #EnjoyMyMentor concluded with great participation, engaging both mentors and mentees in two days of intensive discussions and development. On February 25th at the Piacenza Campus and February 26th at the Cremona Campus, students and professionals had the opportunity to participate in training sessions, sharing moments, and occasions for professional and personal growth.


The initiative provided a unique opportunity to strengthen soft skills, create new connections, and establish a solid foundation for a successful future. The meetings took place in a dynamic and collaborative environment, stimulating dialogue among participants with different experiences and backgrounds.

  • Over 60% improved their awareness of networking and self-branding skills, fundamental elements for confidently and proactively navigating the job market.
  • 90% of mentors highlighted the importance of a structured program to effectively guide mentees, emphasizing the value of mentoring as a tool for mutual and professional growth.

  • Self-branding and networking, to enhance communication and build effective, lasting professional relationships.
  • Creating a Skills Map, a practical method to identify strengths and areas for improvement, thus guiding one's development path.
  • Developing a Mentoring Action Plan, a strategic approach that helps translate goals into concrete actions, providing useful tools for tracking progress over time.


Peer Mentoring Sessions

During the Peer Mentoring sessions, participants had the chance to engage directly with colleagues and mentors, sharing experiences and strategies to overcome challenges in their professional paths. This approach fostered a supportive and motivational environment, where every participant could draw inspiration from others' experiences.
